1.Make your food choices consciously not based on your emotions.

We all know too much of a good thing is not good at all,so keep your portions sizes reasonable.

3.Chew your food,slowly.

Don’t just swallow your food,taste it ,chew it deliberately and swallow it

You will be surprised that you eat less this way.

It will help you know when you have had your fill.

4.Drink drink drink water

Yes the 6-8 glasses of water daily,make sure your body is hydrated,sometimes those hunger pangs are a sign your o needs more water.

Take water 15 minutes before your main meal or an hour after meals.

Moderate exercises of between 60-90 minutes daily will help you keep the kilos off.

The cheapest way to exercise is taking daily walks.
